Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for visiting Will Moore Digitals (“we”, “our”, or “us”). We sell digital products that are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are considered final once access has been granted.

No Returns

As our products are digital downloads or online content, they cannot be physically returned. Once your purchase has been completed and access to the product has been provided, the transaction is deemed fulfilled.

No Refunds

All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after a product has been delivered or made accessible.

Because digital products can be copied or downloaded immediately after purchase, it is not possible for us to verify that a product has not been retained after a refund is issued.

Exceptions

Where appropriate, we may provide replacement access, correct the issue, or, at our sole discretion, issue a refund.

Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions

If you believe your payment was made without your authorization, please contact your payment provider immediately and notify us as soon as possible at info@willmooredigitals.com so we can investigate the matter.

EU & UK Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you acknowledge that by purchasing a digital product and requesting immediate access or download, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract.

By doing so, you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel the purchase during the withdrawal period once the digital content has been supplied, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
